Target

Localization of karst cavities, dam decompression zones, water saturation boundaries

Result

A potential zone of through filtration along the spillway collector at the foot of the dam 20-55 m wide has been identified

Two similar large zones of potential filtration along the bottom of the dam up to 50 m long were identified

Areas of high humidity (places of filtration) are shown at the junction of access roads and dam crests.

Value

Potentially problematic areas of high humidity and filtration spots were localized

An additional geotechnical survey and annual monitoring was recommended to detect the progress of anomalies
