The soils are conditionally homogeneous and undisturbed. Karsts, suffusions were not revealed. Anomalies that could affect the structure of foundations and their stability were not identified;

An extended zone of high humidity was revealed, which is probably the zone of paleochannel localization at depths of 5-15 m.
